Ingredients:
- 2 Tomatoes
- 3 tbsp Vegetable Oil
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- 1 tsp Cumin
Cooking Instructions:
- Cut the tomatoes into thick slices. Heat oil in a pan and fry on both sides on medium to high flame until it is cooked.
- Pour it into bowl and flavor it with cumin, salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve it with crispy moroccan bread.
