Ingredients:
- 18 large Shrimp (cleaned and de-veined)
- 3 tbsp Olive Oil
- 3 tbsp Sherry
- 1/3 tsp Red Pepper Flakes
- Salt and Pepper to taste
Cooking Instructions:
- Heat the olive oil in a small frying pan.
- Stir-fry the shrimp for 2 minutes.
- Mix in sherry, red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper.
- Fry for 1 more minute and serve immediately.
