Ingredients:
- 1 cup Long Grain Rice
- 2 ¼ cup Water
- ½ cup colored Bell Peppers (chopped)
- ½ cup Tuna
- 4 tbsp Vegetable Oil
- ¼ cup Mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp Lemon Juice
- Salt to taste
- ½ tsp Pepper
Cooking Instructions:
- Take rice with water in a pan and cook it covered for 25 min or until rice is tender & water dries out. Then let it cool.
- Take mayonnaise with oil, lemon juice, salt, pepper in a bowl and mix it well.
- Mix rice with tuna, vegetables and mayonnaise mixture. Keep it in the fridge for 2 hrs.
- Serve it cold.
