Ingredients:
- ½ kg Cucumbers (peeled & de-seed)
- 2 tbsp Thyme Leaves
- ½ cup Orange Juice
- 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
- 1 tbsp Sugar
- 1 tbsp Orange Flower Water
- Salt to taste
Cooking Instructions:
- Cut the cucumbers into half lengthwise and grate them into thin strips.
- Put the grated cucumber with remaining ingredients in a bowl.
- Combine all the ingredients to mix well.
- Refrigerate it covered for 1 hr and serve cold.
