Ingredients:
- 2 cups fine Semolina Flour
- 3 tbsp Sugar
- 2 tsp Baking Powder
- ¼ tsp Salt
- ½ cup Soft Butter
- ½ cup Milk
- ¼ cup coarse Semolina Flour
Cooking Instructions:
- Take fine semolina flour with sugar, baking powder, salt, butter in a bowl and mix it well.
- Mix in milk until it turns into soft dough.
- Form the dough into balls and keep it aside for 2-3 min. Then flatten the balls and roll in the coarse semolina.
- Heat a pan and cook the harcha on low flame for 7-10 min on both sides.
