Ingredients:
- 350 gm Chicken (minced)
- Salt and Black Pepper (to taste)
- 4 Green Chilies
- 2 tbsp Coriander Leaves
- 1 tsp Garlic Paste
- 4 Bread Slices (soaked)
- 2 Eggs (beaten)
- Bread Crumbs (for coating)
- Oil (for frying)
Cooking Instructions:
- In a large mixing bowl, combine together chicken, green chilies, coriander leaves, garlic paste, bread slices, salt and pepper.
- Shape the mixture into small nuggets and dip into the beaten eggs.
- Heat the oil in a small frying pan and roll the nuggets over the crumbs.
- Fry over medium heat, until golden on both sides.
- Remove and drain on a kitchen towel.
- Serve hot.
