Ingredients:
- 1 can Black Beans
- 1 can Chick Beans
- 4 cloves Garlic (minced)
- 1 medium Red Onion (chopped)
- 3 Plum Tomatoes (diced)
- 2 Lemons (juice)
- 1/3 cup of Cilantro (minced)
- ½ cup Apple Cider Vinegar
- Little Red Chili Flakes
- 1 tsp Kosher Salt
- ½ tsp Pepper (crushed)
- 3 Avocados sprinkled with lemon juice
Cooking Instructions:
- Drain the black beans and chick beans using colander.
- Slice the avocado into pieces.
- Take beans with the remaining ingredients except avocado in a bowl and mix it well.
- Add avocado pieces and pour over lemon juice. Refrigerate it covered.
- Serve it chilled with chips.
