Ingredients:
- 30 medium Shrimp (shelled and de-veined)
- 2 Dried Habanero Chillies (de-seed &chopped)
- 2 Lemons (juice)
- 2 tsp Ginger (crushed)
- 5 tbsp Vegetable Oil
- 2 tsp Paprika
- 4 Garlic Cloves (crushed)
- ½ tsp White Sugar
- ½ tsp Sea Salt
Cooking Instructions:
- Take chillies with lemon juice, ginger, vegetable oil, paprika, garlic, sugar, salt in a bowl and mix it well.
- Mix in shrimps and keep it marinated for 5 min.
- Heat a pan and fry the shrimps on medium flame for 30 seconds on each side.
- Serve it hot.
