Ingredients:
- 2 Cornish Game Hens
- 3 tbsp Olive Oil
- 1/3 cup Lemon Juice
- 1 tbsp Whole Black Peppercorns (crushed)
- Salt to taste
- 4 Rosemary Sprigs
Cooking Instructions:
- Keep the rosemary immersed in water for 30 min.
- Cut the hens into halves.
- Take all the remaining ingredients except rosemary in a bowl and mix it well.
- Put in hens and marinade it well. Refrigerate it covered all night. Turn over the hens infrequently to get the hens coated well with the mixture.
- Preheat the grill and place the rosemary sprigs in the coal.
- Lay the hens skin part up on the grill rack and grill it covered for 45 min or until it is tender. Keep brushing left mixture over the meat.
