Ingredients:
- 500 gm Cherries (chopped)
- 2½ cups Sugar
- 4 cups Water
- ¼ tsp Red Food Color (liquid)
Cooking Instructions:
- Boil cherries in water until tender.
- Drain and smash.
- Add sugar and put over medium heat until sugar dissolves, stirring constantly.
- Remove from the heat and add color.
- Cool and put into an airtight jar.
- Serve from same day.
