Ingredients:
- 4 pounds Pork Spareribs (sliced)
- ½ cup Honey
- ¼ cup Soy Sauce
- ¼ cup White Vinegar
- 2 cloves Garlic (minced)
- 2 tbsp Brown Sugar
- 1 tsp Baking Soda
- 1 tsp Garlic Salt
Cooking Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F.
- Stir together honey, soy sauce, vinegar, garlic and brown sugar in a large bowl until honey and sugar are completely dissolved.
- Stir in the baking soda and mix. Put ribs in the bowl and toss to coat properly.
- Cover a cookie sheet with foil, and arrange the ribs on it.
- Pour the remaining sauce all over it, and sprinkle with the garlic salt.
- Bake for 55-60 minutes, turning sometimes. Remove and serve.
