Ingredients:
- 2½ tbsp Vegetable Oil
- ¼ cup Water
- 1 cup shredded Cabbage
- 1 tbsp Garlic Paste
- 8 large fresh Shrimp (peeled and deveined)
- 2 tsp crushed Red Pepper Flakes
- 2 tbsp sliced Onion
- 1 tbsp Cilantro (chopped)
- 1 tbsp Soy Sauce
Cooking Instructions:
- Heat 1 tbsp of the oil in a pan over high heat. Fry cabbage for 1 minute, stirring continuously.
- Transfer cabbage on a serving platter.
- Heat the remaining oil in the same pan over high heat. Cook garlic for 40 seconds. Add shrimp and simmer until it turns pink.
- Add rest of the ingredients and bring to a boil.
- Place over the cabbage and serve hot.
