Ingredients:
- 2 cups Chickpeas (Kabuli Chana)(cooked)
- 1 cup Chicken Stock
- ¼ cup Onion (chopped)
- 2 thick slices of Ginger (Adrak)
- 1/8 tsp Cayenne Pepper (Red Chilli)
- 1 tsp Cumin (Jeera)(ground)
- ½ tsp Coriander (Dhania)(ground)
- ¼ tsp Saffron (Kesar)
- Salt to taste
- 1 Tomato (diced)
- 1 tsp Lemon Juice
Cooking Instructions:
- Take together chickpeas, chicken stock, onion, ginger, cayenne, cumin, coriander, saffron, and salt in a pan and get it to a boil.
- Cook it on low flame for 15 minutes.
- Stir in tomato and cook for 2 minutes.
- Mix in lemon juice and flavor with salt & pepper to taste.
- Serve hot.
