Ingredients:
- ¼ cup Soy Sauce
- ¾ cup Burgundy
- ¼ cup Orange Juice
- 2 tbsp Lemon Juice
- 2 tbsp Honey
- 1 tsp Dry Mustard
- 1 cup Tomato Puree
- 3 cloves Garlic
- ¼ tsp Black Pepper (ground)
- 1 half Butterflied Leg of Lamb
Cooking Instructions:
- Take all the ingredients except lamb leg in a bowl and mix well.
- Mix in lamb leg and keep it marinated in the fridge for 12 hours. Keep turning it infrequently.
- Grill the lamb leg for 20 minutes on both sides.
- Serve hot.
