Ingredients:
- 455 gm cooked Shrimp (peeled & deveined)
- 2 cups cooked Rice
- ¼ cup Celery (thinly sliced)
- ¼ cup stuffed Olives (sliced)
- ¼ cup Green Pepper (chopped)
- ¼ cup Pimiento (chopped)
- ¼ cup Onion (minced)
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- 3 tbsp Mayonnaise
- Lettuce
- 2 Tomatoes (cut into wedges)
- Few Celery Leaves
- French Dressing
Cooking Instructions:
- Take first 10 ingredients in a bowl and mix it well. Refrigerate it.
- Pour over lettuce and decorate it with tomato wedges & celery leaves.
- Serve it with French dressing.
