Ingredients:
- 1 container refrigerated Pizza Dough
- 1 Onion (finely chopped)
- 2 cloves Garlic (minced)
- 2 tbsp Olive Oil
- 1 tsp dried Basil Leaves
- ½ tsp dried Oregano Leaves
- ½ tsp dried Thyme Leaves
- 1 cup shredded Mozzarella Cheese
- ¼ cup grated Parmesan Cheese
Cooking Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F.
- Place dough on a buttered cookie sheet and spread to make a 10x12" rectangle by pressing with finger tips. Keep aside.
- Heat the oil in a small frying pan and stir-fry onion and garlic until aromatic.
- Remove from the heat and add oregano, thymes and basil leaves and spread evenly over the dough. Sprinkle with cheese all over it.
- Bake for 15 minutes until crust is golden brown.
- Slice and serve hot.
