Ingredients:
- 500 gm Fish Fillet (cleaned and sliced)
- 1 Lemon (halved)
- 1 pinch Black Salt
- ½ tsp Turmeric Powder
- ½ tsp Mango Powder
- 1½ tsp Salt
- 1 tbsp Flour
- 1 Egg
- 3-4 drops Red Coloring
- Oil for frying
Grind Together:
- 1 tsp Cumin Seeds
- 2 Cardamoms
- 1 pinch Oregano
- 2 dry Red Chilies
Cooking Instructions:
- Rub 1 lemon half over fish pieces combine with turmeric powder, mango powder, black salt, and grinded ingredients. Let it marinate for 20 minutes.
- Combine egg with flour and food coloring and spread over the fish. Gently mix.
- Heat the oil in a frying pan and drop fish pieces into small batches.
- Fry until golden brown and place on an absorbing sheet. Drizzle with juice of remaining lemon half over fish and serve hot.
