Ingredients:
- 1¼ oz dry Yeast
- ½ cup Warm Water
- 4 cups Flour
- 1 cup melted Butter
- 2 tbsp Sugar
- 1½ tsp Salt
- 6 Eggs
Cooking Instructions:
- Dissolve yeast in warm water and mix with a cup of flour.
- Combine remaining flour, with salt and sugar in a bowl.
- Beat in 3 eggs one by one.
- Add butter and combine thoroughly. Stir another 3 eggs whisking fast.
- Add the yeast-flour mixture into the batter and beat until smooth.
- Cover and let it rise until double in size.
- Divide and shape dough into two round loaves. Put into a loaf pan and let it rise for another hour.
- Bake loaves into a preheated oven to 375 degrees F for 35 to 40 minutes or until golden brown.
- Cool, slice and serve.
