Ingredients:
- 8 large Tomatoes (peeled)
- 6 Peaches (peeled)
- 2 Green Peppers
- 6 White Onions (peeled)
- Bunch of Celery
- 6 Pears (peeled)
- 6 Apples (peeled)
- 4 cups White Sugar
- 2½ cup White Vinegar
- ½ cup Pickling Spices (tied in cheesecloth)
Cooking Instructions:
- Cut all the fruits and vegetables into 1” pieces.
- Take all the ingredients in a pan and cook covered for 1½ - 2 hrs. Stir infrequently.
- Remove the tied cloth and let cool.
- Store in sterilized jars.
