Ingredients:
- 500 ml Water
- 30 ml Agar Powder
- 500 gm Sugar
- 200 ml Apple Puree
- 1 tsp Caramel Color Wine Acid
- Sugar for coating
Cooking Instructions:
- Take agar powder with water in a saucepan and cook it stirring continuously.
- Mix in sugar and cook it for 30 min or until it is transparent. Then take it off and let it cool.
- Stir in apple puree with wine acid and transfer the mixture to edged dish. Keep it to the side until it is well set.
- Slice the marmalade into small squares and coat up with sugar.
- Then let it dry and serve it.
