Ingredients:
- 450 gm Flour
- 100 gm Sugar
- 200 gm Margarine
- 1 Egg
- 1 Lemon Peel (grated)
- 1 cup Cinnamon Sugar Mix
Cooking Instructions:
- Take flour with sugar, butter in a bowl and mix it well into loose dough.
- Mix in egg with lemon peel and knead into dough. Then form the dough into 2 cm wide small bars and cut into pieces.
- Dip the pieces in cinnamon sugar mix and transfer them to baking sheet covered with greaseproof paper.
- Set the oven at 200°C and bake it for 10 min.
- Serve it with hot tea or coffee.
