Ingredients:
- 300 gm Liver (minced)
- 200 gm Short-Grain Rice
- 500 ml Water
- Salt to taste
- 700 ml Milk
- 2 Eggs
- 2 Onions (chopped)
- 500 ml Brown Syrup
- 100 gm Seedless Raisins
- White Pepper to taste
- Lots of Marjoram
- 3 tbsp Butter
Cooking Instructions:
- Take rice with salted water in a pan and cook until water is absorbed in.
- Pour into onion with syrup, raisins, minced liver and all flavorings. Grease an ovenproof casserole and put in whole rice mixture.
- Add on butter and bake it at 180°C for 1 hr.
- Serve it hot.
