Ingredients:
- 200 gms Gondh
- 1 kg Flour
- 1 kg ghee
- 1/2 kg sugar
- 1 tbsp Sonth
- 100 gms Makhana
- 200 gms Char magaz (dried melon seeds, water melon seeds, pumpkin seeds)
- 100 gms Ajwain
Cooking Instructions:
- Heat ghee and fry gondh till it gets cooked.
- Grind it fine.
- Fry makahanas, almonds and magaz one by one in ghee.
- Fry flour and ajawin over medium heat till the colour changes to golden brown.
- Add fried gondh, makhanas, almonds, sonth and magaz.
- Mix it well and keep it for cooling.
- Once it gets cooled, add sugar.
- Panjiri is ready.
