Ingredients:
- 50g Ground nuts
- 12 Green Chilies
- Tamarind
- 4 cloves Garlic
- 25g Fried Chana Dal
- ¼ spoons Jeera
- 3 table spoon Oil
- Salt (to taste)
Cooking Instructions:
- Heat Oil in a pan and fry groundnuts.
- Add all the Green chilies and fry it.
- Put off the flame and then let it cool down.
- Put the cooled ingredients in a grinder with garlic, salt, Jeera, Fried Chana Dal, Tamarind and then make it a paste.
Suggestions:
- Serve with hot dosa/ idly
