Ingredients:
- 600 gm Beef (minced)
- 3-4 pickled Beetroots (grated)
- 1 Potato (boiled & grated)
- 100 gm Breadcrumbs
- 200 gm Cream
- 1 Egg
- 2 small Onions (peeled & chopped)
- Salt to taste
- ½ tsp Black Pepper (ground)
- 4 tbsp Oil
Cooking Instructions:
- Take cream with breadcrumbs in a bowl and mix it well. Keep it to the side to let breadcrumbs puff up.
- Mix in onion with beetroot and potato.
- Blend in egg with beef and flavor it with pepper and salt to taste. Shape the mixture into round burgers using greased hands.
- Heat oil in a pan and fry the burgers until it is brown on both sides.
- Serve it hot with mashed potatoes, sautéed onion rings and salad.
