Ingredients:
- 500 gm Liver (minced)
- 2 Onions (chopped)
- 2 tbsp Butter
- 200 gm Breadcrumbs
- 400 gm Whipping Cream
- 3 Eggs (beaten)
- Salt to taste
- ½ tsp Ginger
- ½ tsp White Pepper
- 1 tsp Marjoram
- 10 Anchovies (chopped)
Cooking Instructions:
- Heat butter in a pan and fry onion.
- Stir in breadcrumbs with cream.
- Mix in eggs with anchovies and flavor it with salt & pepper to taste.
- Layer baking papers in a casserole and pour over the mixture. Cover it up with aluminum foil and set the casserole in a high edged baking sheet.
- Fill baking sheet with water and bake it at 175°C for 2 hrs.
- Serve it hot with bread slices.
