Ingredients:
- 600 gm Beef (minced)
- 2 small Onions (peeled & chopped)
- 2 Garlic Cloves (chopped)
- 400 gm Tomato Puree
- 2 tbsp Oil
- 2 tbsp Flour
- Salt to taste
- 1 Laurel Leaf
- ½ tsp Black Pepper (ground)
- Dash of Sugar
- 200 gm Cream
- 1 tsp Paprika
Cooking Instructions:
- Heat oil in a pan and fry onion with beef mince until it is brown.
- Stir in flour. Then mix in tomato puree, cream, all seasonings and cook it stirring infrequently on low flame for 15 min.
- Serve it hot with spaghetti and salad.
