Ingredients:
- 1 ½ Carrot (grated)
- 1 Green Chili (finely chopped)
- 1/2 cup (125ml) Curd
- 1 tsp Ginger (finely chopped)
- 1 tsp Onion (finely chopped)
- 1 Red Chili (dry)
- 1/4 tsp Mustard Seeds (Sarso)
- 1 tbsp Oil
- Salt to taste
Cooking Instructions:
- Peel and grate the carrots.
- Boil the carrots and green chillies along with salt in little water.
- Once the carrots are cooked thoroughly, let it cool.
- Once cooled, add the curd to it and mix thoroughly.
- In a pan, heat the oil and add red chillies to fry.
- Add mustard seeds and wait till the popping sound comes. At the same time put in choppen onion and ginger to fry.
- Stir till the onions become tender and add the fried items in the carrots-curd mixture.
- Mix carefully.
- Delicious Carrot pachadi is ready.
