Ingredients:
- 300 ml Buttermilk
- 200 gm Butter
- 200 gm Sugar
- 100 ml Dark Syrup
- 600 gm All Purpose Flour (Maida)
- 1½ tsp Clove (ground)
- 2 tsp Ginger (ground)
- 2 tsp Cardamom
- 1½ tsp Baking Soda
Cooking Instructions:
- Heat butter in a pan and transfer into a bowl.
- Put buttermilk, sugar, and dark syrup in the bowl and mix well.
- Pour into flour with baking soda, all flavorings and stir well into fine batter.
- Grease a cake pan and put in breadcrumbs. Pour into batter and bake it at 175°C for 1 hr.
- Serve it with tea or coffee.
