Ingredients:
- 300 gm Smoked Salmon (cut into pieces)
- Piece of Leak (sliced)
- 500 gm Dill (shredded)
- 200 gm Cream
- 2 tbsp Flour
- 2 tbsp Oil
- Salt to taste
- 3 tbsp Lemon Juice
- ½ tsp Black Pepper (ground)
Cooking Instructions:
- Blend flour with cream in a bowl.
- Heat oil in a pan and fry leak. Stir in cream mixture with salt to taste and cook it on low flame for 2-3 min.
- Pour into salmon pieces with dill, pepper, lemon juice and boil it for another 2-3 min.
- Serve it hot pasta.
