Ingredients:
- 1 kg Cauliflower (chopped)
- 200 gms (7.054oz) Ginger (chopped)
- 300 gms (10.5 oz) Garlic (chopped)
- Coriander Leaves
- 1 Onions (chopped)
- 200 gms All purpose Flour/ Maida
- 1 Egg
- 1 Bell pepper (chopped)
- 10 Green Chilies (chopped)
- Agin-O- Motto (a pinch)
- Chili Powder
- Salt
- Black Pepper
- 5 tbsp Vinegar
Cooking Instructions:
- Mix all purpose flour, garlic paste, ginger, salt, beaten egg, chili powder and make a fine paste.
- Add cauliflower to the prepared paste and leave it for about 45 minutes.
- Heat some oil in a deep fry pan.
- Fry the mixed cauliflower inside it till it gets dark red in color.
- Add onions, bell pepper (capsicum), ginger, vinegar, green chilies, agin-o-motto, salt and garlic on another pan and deep fry it
- Add fried cauliflower to it and roast it thoroughly.
- Take chili gobi out and sprinkle coriander leaves on it.
