Ingredients:
- 2 Chicken Breasts (grilled, boneless & cut into ½" stripes)
- 2 tbsp Butter
- ¼ cup Green Onions (chopped)
- 3 cloves Garlic (minced)
- 1 tsp Dried Basil
- 2 cups Mushroom (sliced)
- 2 cups Whipping Cream
- 1/8 tsp Pepper
- Salt (to taste)
- Linguine (cooked)
Cooking Instructions:
- In a large pan melt the butter.
- Add red pepper, mushroom, onions and garlic, and cook for 7-8 minutes or, until brown in colour.
- Add basil, cream, chicken and salt, and blend well.
- Cook it covered for 10 minutes, until chicken is done and the gravy turns into medium thick. Stir occasionally.
- Place the cooked linguine in a serving plates and pour the chicken over it.
