Ingredients:
- 2 tbsp Garlic Paste
- 1 tbsp Mustard Seeds
- 4 Onions (chopped)
- 3 tbsp Red Chili Powder
- 2 tbsp Salt
- ½ cup Coriander Leaves
- 2 tbsp Coriander Powder
- 1 tbsp Cumin Seeds
- 3 tbsp Fenugreek Powder
- 500 grams (17 ounce) Fish
- 2 tbsp Garam Masala Powder
- 100 grams (3 ounce) Tamarind
Cooking Instructions:
- Mix the fenugreek powder, chili powder, coriander powder and apply to the fish pieces evenly.
- Heat oil in the pan.
- Put onion, mustard seeds, cumin seeds and fry it.
- Add garlic paste after the onions are reddish brown.
- Add the tamarind juice into the paste and cook it for a minute.
- Put the fish pieces which are kept earlier into this gravy.
- Boil it for a while and garnish it with coriander leaves.
