Ingredients:
- ½ kg (250g) Maida
- 2 Potato (boiled and mashed)
- 2 tbsp Ghee
- Salt to taste
- 1 tsp Red Chilly (Powder)
- Oil
Cooking Instructions:
- Mold Maida, salt and mashed potato into a dough using ghee.
- Create small balls out of the dough.
- Roll out into small puries.
- Prick the purees with a fork, and then deep fry it.
- Sprinkle red chilly powder, and serve as a dry snack during festivals.
