Ingredients:
- 1 Cup Kabuli Chana (soaked overnight)
- 3 tbsp Butter
- 2 tsp Cumin Powder
- 1 tsp Chili powder
- ½ tsp Turmeric Powder.
- 1 tsp Garma masala
- 1 tsp Garlic paste
- 1 tsp Ginger Paste
- 2 Onions ( finely chopped)
- 2 Tomatoes ( finely chopped)
- Salt ( to taste)
Cooking Instructions:
- In a cooker add butter and heat it for 2 seconds.
- Add ginger and garlic paste , add onion and fry it until the onion becomes brown.
- Add chopped tomatoes. Cook for 5-10 min.
- Add chili powder, cumin powder, turmeric power, garam masala powder and salt.
- Now add Kabuli Chana and add water sufficiently.
- Pressure the cooker until the Chana is cooked.
- Decorate with the coriander leaves.
Suggestions:
- serve with poori or kulcha
