Ingredients:
- ½ Bunch Methi Leaves (finely chopped)
- 1 Cup Rice (cooked)
- 1 Onion (finely chopped)
- 1 tsp Mustard Seeds
- 1 tsp Urad Dal
- 1 tsp Chana Dal
- 1 pinch Asafoetida
- ½ Cup Methi Seeds
- ½ Cup Coconut (Grated)
- 6 Red Chilies
- Oil
- Salt (to taste)
Cooking Instructions:
- Take a pan and add methi seeds and roast it, add red chilies and coconut and grind it.
- Heat up the oil in the same pan.
- Add mustard seeds, chana dal and urad dal.
- Now add onion, asafoetida and methi leaves.
- Cook it for 5-10 min.
- The mix the grinded powder, rice and mix it well. Off the stove.
- Serve it.
