Ingredients:
- For stuffing
- 3 Radishes (Mooli) (Peel and grate)
- 2 Green Chilies (chopped)
- ½ tsp Red Chili Powder
- 2 tbsp Coriander Leaves
- ½ tsp Coriander Powder
- Salt (to taste)

- For dough
- 2 cups Wheat Flour (Sieved)
- Oil
- Water
- Salt (to taste)
Cooking Instructions:
- Add water and knead to wheat flour to dough.
- Squeeze and drain radish in water.
- Fry the radish in a pan till it turns light brown.
- Mix salt, green chilies, coriander leaves, and red chili powder and add to it.
- Allow it to cool down.
- Take the dough and roll some puri adding two spoons of stuffing.
- Roll the stuffed puri to thick in the shape of round roti.
- Roast the stuffed paratha on a pan.
