Ingredients:
- 1 liter Whole Milk
- 1 liter Buttermilk
Cooking Instructions:
- Take buttermilk in a bowl and keep it covered overnight.
- Put milk in a large pan and get it to boil gradually. Stir it continuously.
- Add buttermilk to it stirring frequently and turn off the heat instantly.
- Let it rest on the heater until plain liquid parts from the curd.
- Next take it off heat.
- Now wet cheesecloth with hot water and put the mixture in the cloth to drain it. Let it stay for 2-3 hrs.
- Quark cheese is ready.
