Ingredients:
- 500 grams Paneer
- 6 Onions (chopped)
- 4 Tomatoes (paste)
- ½ Cup Milk
- ½ tsp Garam Masala
- 1 tsp Dried Mint Leaves
- ¼ tsp Turmeric
- 1 tsp Red Chili Powder
- 3 tbsp Butter
- 1 inch Ginger piece
- 1 Cup Curd
- 2 Green Chilly
- 1 cup Cream
- Salt ( to taste)
Cooking Instructions:
- In mixer add ginger, green chili and tomato.
- Melt up butter in a pan.
- Add onion and fry it until it become brown.
- Add tomato paste, continue cooking in a medium flame till oil start separate.
- Switch off the flame.
- Add paneer, curd, salt, red chili, turmeric, garma masala, dried mint leave ,cream and grinded mixture mix it well.
- Keep it aside for 1 hour
- On flame and keep the pan and add the milk to the mixture.
- Cook in the medium flame for 5 min and switch off
- Serve .
