Ingredients:
- 200 grams Tamarind ( Imli)
- 2 tsp Red Chili Powder
- 1 tsp Garam Masala
- 2 tsp Roasted Cumin Powder
- 300 grams Jaggery ( granted)
- 1 tsp Black Salt
- Salt to taste
Cooking Instructions:
- Take bowl add 5 cups of water and boil it for 10 min.
- Strain it and add the jaggery, cumin powder, salt, garam masala, chili powder and mix it well.
- Cook in medium flame till jaggery dissolves completely and the chutney gets little thick.
- Take out the pulp from the tamarind mixture. Once cool down
- Serve it.
