Ingredients:
- 1 Green Pepper (chopped)
- 8 oz Parmesan Cheese
- 1 Cucumber (chopped)
- 2 lbs Penne Pasta (cooked)
- 2 Celery Sticks (chopped)
- 1 Red Pepper (chopped)
- 6 Tomatoes (chopped)
- 1lb Frozen Peas (cooked)
- 2 Green Onions (chopped)
- 2 cans Olives
- 2 cups Mayonnaise
- 16 oz Mozzarella Cheese
- 24 oz Ranch
- Oregano
- Pepper
- Basil
- Salt
Cooking Instructions:
- First blend all the ingredients into a large bowl and mix well
- Place it to chill in fridge
- Remove the mixed ingredients from the fridge and mix it again, add mayonnaise if its necessary
- Top with parmesan and keep it in the fridge again for 20 minutes.
- Serve cold.
