Ingredients:
- For Marinating:
- 2 cups Chicken Pieces (small) (boneless)
- 1 Onion (chopped)
- 2-3 Green Chilies
- 1 tsp Ginger-Garlic Paste
- 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
- Salt as per taste
- Make thick paste of:
- 1 cup Gram Flour (besan)
- 2 tsp Rice Flour
- Salt as per taste
- ¼ tsp Turmeric Powder
- Water as required
- Oil (for deep frying)
- 1 Green Chilies (chopped finely)
- 1 tbsp Coriander Leaves (chopped)
Cooking Instructions:
- Make paste with the marinating ingredients except chicken pieces.
- Marinate the chicken with the paste and keep aside for 35-40 min.
- Make a thick paste with gram flour, rice flour, turmeric powder, salt and sufficient water.
- Take a pan and heat oil.
- Dip the chicken pieces into the thick paste.
- Put the coated pieces into the oil and deep fry them till golden brown.
- Garnish with coriander leaves and green chili.
Suggestions:
