Ingredients:
- ½ Kg Chicken Breast (skinless and cut into pieces)
- 1 Large Garlic Clove (crushed)
- 2 tbsp Fresh Cilantro Leaves (chopped)
- 2 Green Chilies (chopped)
- 2 Cups Water
- 1 tsp Chili Powder
- 1 tsp Coriander (ground)
- 1 tsp Ginger
- ½ tsp Fenugreek (ground)
- ½ tsp Turmeric
- Oil
- Salt (to taste)
Cooking Instructions:
- Take a pan add all the ingredients including water into it and cook in medium flame until all the water is evaporated.
- Cool the mixture for 30 minutes.
- In a mixer add the fried ingredients and grind it for 2 minutes.
- Form the mixture into 2 balls.
- Heat the oil in deep frying pan and fry the ball until it become light golden brown.
