Ingredients:
- ½ Kg Chicken ( Clean, wash and cut it into pieces)
- 6 tbsp Sugar
- ½ tsp Monosodium Glutamate
- 2 cloves Garlic ( Crushed)
- 1 tbsp Salad Oil
- 1 ½ inch size Ginger Root
Cooking Instructions:
- Mix all the ingredients in a bowl and soak it over night.
- Bake it in 350 deg for 1 hour approximately.
- Turn rarely for even browning.
- Serve it.
