Ingredients:
- 500 gm small Shrimp (peeled)
- ¼ cup Mayonnaise
- ¼ cup Crème Fraiche
- 3 tbsp fresh Dill (chopped)
- ½ tbsp Lemon Juice
- Salt (to taste)
- White Pepper (to taste)
- 4 slices of White Bread
- Butter (as required)
For the Garnish:
- 90 gm Whitefish Caviar
- Lemon Wedges (as required)
- Few Shrimp (peeled)
Cooking Instructions:
- Take together shrimps, mayonnaise, crème fraiche, dill, and lemon juice in a large mixing bowl and mix well. Season to taste with salt & pepper.
- Heat butter in a pan and fry the bread slices until golden in colour.
- Place the fried breads in serving plates.
- Spoon shrimp mixture over each bread and top with caviar and shrimp.
- Serve with lemon wedges.
