Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup All-Purpose Flour
- 2 tbsp Baking Cocoa
- 1/4 tsp Baking Powder
- 4 ounces Chocolate (unsweetened)
- 2 cups (12 ounces) semisweet chocolate chips (divided)
- 1/3 cup Butter
- 1 cup Sugar
- 3 Eggs
- 1-1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- Confectioners' sugar (for dusting)
Cooking Instructions:
- In a microwave melt unsweetened chocolate, 1 cup of chocolate chips, butter and cool for 10 min.
- Beat sugar and eggs in a bowl and keep for 2 min.
- Put vanilla and the chocolate mixture into the bowl and beat it.
- Add flour, cocoa, baking powder and salt into the above mixture and beat well.
- Stir in remaining chocolate chips, cover and chill for at least 3 hours.
- Take away about 1 cup of dough.
- Roll into 1-in. thick cookies with lightly floured hands and place into baking sheets.
- Bake at 350° for 10-12 min.
- Cool on pan 3-4 min before taking out to a wire rack to cool completely.
- Dust the cookies with confectioners' sugar.
