Ingredients:
- 300 ml Vinegar
- 2 cloves Garlic
- 1tsp Pickling Spice
- 2 tbsp Sugar
- 3 tsp Turnip liquid
- 10 Eggs (hard boiled)
- Salt to taste
Cooking Instructions:
- Place a vessel over medium heat and add all the ingredients except for the eggs.
- For seven minutes boil it and put it aside to allow it to cool.
- Pour the liquid into a sterilized glass container and add the eggs to it.
- Seal it tight and refrigerate it for a day before you have it.
Suggestions:
- Best serve it with rice and biriyani.
