Ingredients:
- 1 cup Dashi Soup Stock
- 1/4 cup Mirin
- 1/4 cup Soy Sauce
- 1/2 tbsp Sugar
Cooking Instructions:
- Boil mirin in a pan on medium heat.
- Add dashi, soy sauce, and sugar into the mirin and boil it until it become little thick.
- Remove from heat.
