Ingredients:
- ½ cup Arugula (chopped)
- ¾ cup Cheese (shredded)
- 1 clove Garlic (crushed)
- Salt (to taste)
- Pepper (to taste)
- ¾ cup Yogurt (Curd)
Cooking Instructions:
- Take arugula, cheese, garlic and yogurt in a large mixing bowl.
- Blend it well.
- Flavour with salt and pepper to taste.
- Refrigerate and serve cold.
