Mixed Fruit Jam

Ingredients:
- 1 Kg Apples
- 1/2 Kg Papaya
- 1/2 Kg Grapes
- 4 Bananas
- 4 Chickoos
- 2 Kg Sugar
- 4 tsp Citric acid
- 1 tsp Essence
Cooking Instructions:
- Boil all the fruits.
- Peel and cut into pieces.
- Boil them in water till they turn soft.
- Blend it well by a manual mixie.
- Add sugar and cook till the sugar is dissolved.
- Now mix citric acid.
- Cook till it turns thick.
- Add essence.
- Mixed Fruit Jam is ready.
